Julia is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. She joins TM&C as a Consultant in the Fuels Regulatory Practice and previously worked as an independent consultant for Crystal Clearwater Resources (CCR), a start-up company formed to develop technologies to purify water used for fracking in the Permian Basin. While there, Julia developed predictive analytics for CCR to determine the impurity extraction levels of frack water sent through a 2-stage evaporator in a Chevron sponsored technology challenge. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Dallas Section.
