Keith has over 40 years of industry experience. He spent 25 years with various companies within Koch Industries where his responsibilities included leading the fuels quality and compliance practice; provided technical support for state and federal lobbying efforts; led merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate development, and innovation efforts; managed various trading businesses; and built analytic capability across multiple commodities. During these years, he gained expertise in understanding key industry drivers, price-setting mechanisms, due diligence, financial modeling, and the impact of legislative and regulatory rules on participants’ profitability. Prior to Koch, Keith started his career at Sohio/BP in engineering, analysis, crude oil trading, and strategy. Keith holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Chemistry from Allegheny College
