With a career spanning six years at RPS Group, she has amassed extensive experience in transactional due diligence, advisory services, and consulting. Initially contributing to the environmental due diligence division at RPS, Bailey transitioned to become an integral member of the ESG strategy and due diligence team in the last two years. As a member of our team, Bailey has honed her specialized expertise within the regulatory frameworks delineated in the EPA’s 40 CFR Part 80, concentrating on the requisite standards for petroleum and renewable fuel producers. Beyond her adeptness in federal programs, she possesses an in-depth comprehension of California’s LCFS and Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Programs. In her role as an accredited Lead Verifier for California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard, Bailey has exhibited proficiency in various areas, including GREET Modeling, Life Cycle Analysis, Fuel Pathway Validation/Verification, and Quarterly Fuel Transaction Reports. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry from Texas Woman’s University.
