On Thursday, May 14, the Fuels Streamlining proposed rule was posted in the Federal Register. “This action proposes to update the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) existing gasoline, diesel, and other fuels programs to improve overall compliance assurance and maintain environmental performance, while reducing compliance costs for industry and EPA.” Turner, Mason & Company (TM&C )has been following this process since early 2018 and is prepared to assist you with understanding how the proposed rule may impact your business.
