Subscription to The Outlook is granted under the following terms and conditions:

The service is provided on a regional or worldwide basis, and the subscription price is determined on these terms. Prices are given for a base set of crude oils and refined products. Additional crude oils, refined products or regions can be provided at additional cost.
This agreement provides unlimited access to The Outlook by employees of the subscribing company through email. An initial set of data and documentation will be sent via email to the employee requesting this subscription. Releases to other employees will be done upon authorization by the subscriber.
This subscription provides The Outlook for the exclusive use of the subscribing company. The Outlook’s data or documentation shall not be published or distributed to third parties, subsidiaries or parent companies without the written consent of Turner, Mason & Company.
Oil industry experts at Turner, Mason & Company design and publish The Outlook employing skills and methods based on generally accepted industry practices and the information available at the time the report is published. A variety of factors could alter the results and analysis provided in The Outlook.
The specific use of the results and analysis provided in The Outlook is at the discretion of the subscriber. Turner, Mason & Company does not endorse, guarantee or warrant the suitability of the data or analyses in The Outlook for any specific purpose.
